- Postage, Packing & Delivery
- Post and packing costs will be automatically added at the checkout. These costs are based on the weight of the goods being posted and the packing materials used. We aim to post orders within 1 working day, using Royal Mail Standard Parcels service.

- We respect your privacy and will never pass on or disclose your details to any third party.
- Returns
- We want you to be delighted with your purchase. How-ever, you may cancel your order up to 7 working days after the goods have been received by you. Provided that the goods are returned to us in perfect condition, and that you pay the cost of return postage we will reimburse to you the full purchase cost (excluding Postage & Packing) upon our receipt of the goods. Customers are advised to retain packing materials until satisfied they intend to keep the goods. The address to which goods are to be returned is 29 Lincoln Wood, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1LH. Your statutory rights are not affected.

- Orders are accepted via this website and we currently deliver to UK addresses, excluding the Channel Islands.
- Payment
- Payment for orders is made via PayPal. At the checkout you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Abbott & Long do not see, capture, hold or process any of your credit / debit / charge card information.

- To see the status of your order and review the contents of your purchase just log into your account.
